Instructions for completing the customer account application form

  • Enter the information requested into the appropriate spaces on the form. Please answer all questions. Your answers must be in English and must use English characters only.
  • Review the information you entered for accuracy. Press the "submit" button at the end of the form.
  • Failure to click on the "submit" button will result in an incorrectly formatted application form. Check for the field indicators (red asterisk mark) to find out not filled or incorrectly filled spaces.
  • If found any field indicator, make all necessary corrections and try again.

 
 

Passport/ID
The Passport/ID should be only the valid international or state document with photographic identity and your personal details in English e.g. passport, national ID, new style driving licence, etc. The document must confirm the applicant's current name, date of birth and nationality. If an identity document is provided in a foreign language, you must also obtain and attach English translation of that document, certified by a Notary Public.

 
 

Leverage level field
You can choose maximum leverage level of 1:100 for standard accounts over $10,000 and up to 1:200 for mini accounts and standard accounts with  balance  not exceeding $10,000.

 
 

IB field
Once you opening your trading account with one of the AL Trade's Introducing Brokers, you may specify the IB name in this field. If you are opening account directly leave this field blank.
